The 39' Spendthrift is one of the largest charter boats on Lake Michigan with an oversized deck, which can easily accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The Spendthrift follows major schools of fish, putting you in the hottest areas possible throughout the season, resulting in more limit catches and happier customers.

Aboard the Spendthrift my goal is 100% customer satisfaction. I want you the customer to know that by choosing me, you are getting some one who honestly believes you get out of it what you put in it ! I am a full time U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain who will give you 110% on every trip. I have fished all over the United States and let me tell you, it doesn't get any better than this!! The waters around Winthrop Harbor are so productive on a month by month basis that this is why I travel to North Point marina. So my customers can have the best opportunity to catch the most fish.
